When A Challenge Comes Your Way, Do You Get Bitter Or Better?

Life is full of surprises, isn't it? Sometimes we are faced with intense challenges that can leave us feeling pretty hostile, if we let it! Those complications will either lead people to a breakdown or a breakthrough. We do have choices “Thank God"! We can choose to give our problems power by letting it tear us down, which can be both physically and emotionally draining. Or when we see that dilemma coming, we can ask ourselves, "What can I acquire, by going through this situation or experience that will serve me by making me more than what I am right here, right now?"
If I look back on the chapters of my own life, it is when I went through the different situations or challenges that were at the time most difficult, are the times that something major was being built in me. Often times it seemed like the end of the world when I was moving through the situation and later, sometimes years later, I can see clearly that it was through that some of my most valuable lessons were learned. I think those difficult times are really when a unique design is being etched into the very person of who we are.

It is about a choice! We all can choose whether or not we want to entertain and give power to those negative thoughts and feelings or we can instead anticipate what we will learn, what skills and knowledge we will gain by walking boldly and becoming a conqueror of any obstacle that comes in front of us! Take it on as an adventure and know that all things work together for good! That’s All things, even when it looks like a mess initially. Those messes are what make us stronger, building perseverance in us and teaching us some of life's most valuable lessons! If we take on those obstacles with confidence we will be more likely to handle future difficulties with ease in the future.
I don't know about you but I find that my biggest issue is the battlefield that goes on in my mind. The mind is so powerful and honestly it is hard for me to control my thoughts at times. I have to constantly be on guard! Practicing self awareness will assist us in coming out on top!

Here are a few things we can do to be victorious!

1. Personal Development.

Life is a journey. You must continue to learn in order to prevail. Each day I try to learn something valuable, teaching and giving to those around me. I learn from reading books, listening to personal growth or spending time studying other leaders who are walking in Victory. I record the best quotes and stories that I find, going back and reflecting on those nuggets often from time to time. I also learn a great deal from mentoring and training those who have been placed on my path. As a leader, you need to develop your own personal growth plan. If you need help, go to your Mentors' and ask them for help in putting your plan together. Include resources and experiences that will help you grow professionally as well as personally. The desire to grow is the first important step toward walking in Victory!

2. Accountability.

One of the differences between a leader and a follower is the willingness to accept responsibility. A leader takes on the challenge and takes responsibility for the outcome. As a leader, you must become more concerned with your responsibility than your rights. People who take responsibility get the job done, go the extra mile, are driven by excellence, and produce regardless of the situation.

3. Build Lasting Relationships.

Relationships are everything! Bond with your team members, Together Everyone Achieves More! This will determine the effectiveness of the team. Let them know that you care about them. Before you will be able to rally the efforts of your followers, you need to find out where they are, move toward them, and bond with them. Unification is essential for a rising team!

Tips to help you connect with your people are: A) Make getting to know your people a priority; B) Look for things that you and your team members have in common such as hobbies, experiences, interests; C) Respect differences in opinions or personalities; D) Find out what motivates your people, What is their "Why" , their purpose and devine plan? E) Include your team in the leadership process by asking for their ideas and suggestions.

4. Resolve.

Know your priorities and be able to concentrate your time and efforts on acheiving goals. A leader who knows his or her priorities but lacks concentration knows what to do but never gets it done. A leader who has concentration but no priorities has excellence without progress. I have found that I am most productive and successful when I concentrate 70 percent of my time and energy on my strengths, 25 percent on new things, and 5 percent on areas of weakness. Learn what you do well that brings the greatest results and make it your priority, and dedicate the balance of your time to growth.

5. Attitude.

When you are moving forward in life your attitude is extremely important. Attitudes are contagious, your team will recognize your attitude and adapt to the example you set. If you appear irritated about the challenges your team faces, then your team members will to become irritated too. Monkey see monkey do. Your progress and the chance for success will be hindered if your attitude isn't right. It is impossible for us to tailor our situations to fit our lives, but it is possible to tailor our attitudes to fit our situation. Tailoring your attitude isn't easy. Start by surrounding yourself with positive people. Create a dream board with pictures of everything you are desire. Read motivational books. Then try to accomplish a goal every day. Your attitude will become more positive as you learn and sense that you are making progress. Be confident in knowing that life will not present you with a problem that you are not equipped to handle. It is true that you may have to stretch yourself a little but that's all a part of the ride! Spread your wings and fly my friend!

A "Good" Thing Can't Be Stopped!

Its amazing to see what happens when there is an infinite circle of giving going on! I've never seen anything like it before, its so real.... Its the way it should be! Taking care of each other, without an agenda. How can there not be favor on that? The greatest gift is "Love" right? So when you see people coming together and helping each other without a price tag attached, no hidden agendas, what do you think is going to happen? I see favor, blessings and abundance reigning down and spilling over on everyone involved. Serving one another! There is a continuous inter change of unconditional love going round and round and it is going to attract others who are in need of that tender care. We All need that feeling of value and being important.
I think now more than ever, people are thirsting for companionship and security in their lives. Many are looking for a home, a place of togetherness where there are surrounded by other like-minded individuals who are all walking down that same path of success, helping each other every step of the way! Did I mention without an agenda?
It is critical to have a powerful system that is proven to duplicate, bringing Victory for everyone who is coachable. A circle of driven leaders who are committed to our success, taking us by the hand and walking with us! A system that is so powerful that those involved are able to take on the position of "Professional Pointers," creating definite and massive duplication. Think of the Joy and Happiness that will thrive when people are walking in Victory? Do you think that's going to be contagious?
Nothing can stop a "Good Thing!" When people take care of each other you are bound to see a garden flourishing with excellent fruit growing to the heavens!
